AVAILABILITY
The Z TV is available as syndicated programming 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year. It can be used as stand by or fill programming or even as a self-contained channel through your subscription service.
DELIVERY
We can deliver The Z TV in a variety of ways depending upon your budget:
· Via leased digital line as an MPEG II stream. · Via leased line as an analog AV signal. · Via closed Satellite as an MPEG II stream. · As pre-edited 1 hour segments on a wide variety of formats including: Digital BETA, Mini DV, PAL DVD, PAL VHS & Removable HD.
All audio is broadcast quality in stereo.
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are calculated based on advertising return over time. This means that you initially pay the full weekly delivery rate of your chosen delivery method. Every 30 days advertising returns specific to your station are assessed and where possible offset against the delivery fees. Delivery fees will fluctuate upwards and downwards depending upon monthly advertising returns from your station. However, within this fluctuation, delivery fees will never normally exceed the original full delivery rate. From time to time we may be forced to increase this base rate directly in line with any increase in carriage costs, this will however be an infrequent event and dependent upon the delivery technology providers (eg. Satellite providers).
When regular advertising returns from your station exceed delivery costs entirely, you will pay NOTHING for delivery.
